How to Factory Reset a Yealink Phone

1. Press Menu Softkey.
2. Go to Settings → Advanced, enter the phone password.
3. Select Reset to Factory option. The LCD screen will show the following prompt: “Warning, Reset to Factory Setting”. Press OK to continue.

Method 2: Via the web interface.

1. Log in to the web interface.
2. Go to Settings → Upgrade page, select Reset to Factory Settings
3. Press OK to continue, press Cancel to quit.

Method 3: Manual reset

If you do not know the admin password, you can quickly reset the phone to Factory Default Settings.

1. Simply press and hold the ‘OK’ button on the face of the phone for aboute 10 seconds.  This will prompt you to accept or decline a factory reset.  If you accept, the phone will restore to factory default settings. without the need the admin password.

The entire process takes roughly 60 seconds.

Note: The reset process can take a few minutes to complete. Please ensure that the device does not lose power during this process or you may cause damage to the phone.
